Developers agree to use the API under these conditions:

1. Users own their own content. You must respect that right.
2. You cannot encourage confusion between your company or product name and pnut.io and its API.
3. Do not abuse the API, particularly through excessive automation, circumventing rate limits and basic barriers, or encouraging abusive behavior of any sort.
