@cgiffard
Maybe it's just me, but I really hate character crossovers, and universes full of different superheroes that are hinted at in other films. It's a cheap trick — and it makes individual character stories implausible.
@cgiffard
Also, I'm totally, totally burnt out on comic movies. Can we have a reprieve?
@pharsicle
@cgiffard Um, don’t watch them?
@cgiffard
@pharsicle My gripe is that they're taking space away from movies I'd rather see in the production and supply chain.
@snrkl
@cgiffard I'm just waiting for infinity wars. Once we've had them, you can have your reprieve.

@cgiffard
@snrkl @pharsicle There'll always be one more. Hah.
@snrkl
@cgiffard until then, my hair is a bird, your logic is invalid... 😜

@adiabatic
@cgiffard but are they funding movies you'd rather see that have worse chances of making their money back? @pharsicle
@cgiffard
@adiabatic @pharsicle Oh, if this is purely a question of economics, of course comic movies would always win. They make money, no question about it. But, I'm sick of them. They were fun once. The seven hundredth time — getting tired.
