@larand
Million-dollar idea: an abusebot in Slack that you can send vitriolic messages to when emailing someone would end your career.
@der_Jeff
@larand I thought that was what twitter was for.
@schmidt_fu
@larand 2 million dollar idea: forward this bot's input to the all-company mailing list and fire all those bastards talking bad about their colleagues *to a bot* ;-)

I for one wouldn't trust this bot for a single minute...
@larand
@der_Jeff Too public.
@larand
@schmidt_fu I run a personal private Slack, which is where I'd use it. No connection to the company whatsoever.
@der_Jeff
@larand and that's what egg accounts are for 😁
@schmidt_fu
@larand Ha, that's different! Also you don't need to name names when shouting at your bot.

Still you leave me wondering whether a company channel with "shouting allowed" would make for a better culture...
@larand
@schmidt_fu Naming names would use up valuable bandwidth that could be better spent on obscenities. 😈
@schmidt_fu
@larand I see, you mean bas, er, bass guitar player! ^^

@jws Yeah, that's exactly what I mean. We have high standards on email privacy in Germany. But the same thing might happen to a mailing list if someone sues you.

It may be best to only speak out with those who "passed the exam".
