@sleepnclass I like watches, especially those that reveal their workings but have never worn one as an adult, boney wrists.
@Andrew I like mostly g shocks. I mean I love Rolex but don't have that kind of coin. One day I'll buy one. But tbh I don't dress fancy enough to pull a Rolex off anyway.
@Andrew Your getting so good at those rings!
@formfireglass thanks, Amy, you're very kind.
@Andrew do you have a link to a good "how to make a ring from a coin" tutorial? I really like your work.
@brainseller YouTube is the best source, search for FenceKid & Jasonsworks, both have lots of info. FenceKid does a '2 minute coin ring'which is fun to watch.
@Andrew Most excellent. I have three rings made from US quarters that I rotate on a daily basis. :-)
@joanna Where'd you get them? It seems like such an unusual thing.
@33MHz I found two different crafters via Kickstarter. I had a second ring made by one of them when he ran a second KS campaign. I got one with my birth year, one with the Texas design, and one with the national park design from New Mexico (Chaco Culture).
@joanna wow! You're a fan! cool.
@joanna Nice, is that a fashion thing or OCD 😄
@joanna Do you have a photo, would quite like to see :)
@Andrew Fashion or OCD? Hmmm...mostly I just wanted one of each but can't wear them all at once so I switch out every day. :-)
@Andrew I posted a photo of the ring I'm wearing today to my Instagram account for you: https://www.instagram.com/p/BXBobOUgF4C/
@joanna Nice. I like that telegram opens that picture without the need to visit a website :)
@joanna Is this what one of those coins looked like?
